Gig Performer does not natively include the ability to generate MIDI clock messages. In this video I’ll discuss various methods for generating (and consuming) MIDI clock messages and the pros and cons of each. Methods presented include using a VST plugin hosted in Gig Performer, using an external hardware synth, and using dedicated MIDI clock hardware such as the Multiclock or MIDronome.
